Announcing A New Class for 2010: The Documentary Lab
Beginning in 2010, The Doc Workshop will offer a ten week class for more experienced documentary filmmakers to workshop their films at any stage of production. In an intimate setting of no more than six students, each class member will workshop their proposal, footage or edits every other week. Cost of the class: $795
About The Instructor: Jonathan Skurnik
Jonathan is an award-winning filmmaker whose documentaries have broadcast on Television in the US and Europe. His films have also been screened in more than thirty film festivals and art galleries. He produces and shoots his own films, works as a documentary camera person for other award-winning producers, makes promotional films for non-profits that are doing important social justice work around the world, teaches documentary master classes, and consults with other filmmakers on their proposals, rough cuts, and distribution strategies.
